Meet us at the Games!
The OM Unit PMC is excited to announce its on-site presence at the Olympic Villages in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo, at Athlete365 House. Throughout the Games, athletes will have the opportunity to engage directly with the Unit and the three athlete ambassadors – Mark Fraser (Canada, ice hockey), Yura Min (Republic of Korea, figure skating) and Dominik Windisch (Italy, biathlon) – at the Olympic Villages in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo. Through gamified challenges, interactive Q&As and ambassador-led discussions, athletes will gain a better understanding of the Code of Conduct, with the four key rules, and learn how to recognise and report suspicious behaviours related to competition manipulation.
Sport-specific online resources
The IOC’s Believe in Sport campaign, created to strengthen integrity and promote clean competition, continues to expand its reach in the build-up to Milano Cortina 2026. The campaign, being run in collaboration with all winter sports federations, will deliver targeted initiatives that assist athletes, officials and support personnel in protecting fair play.
To enhance accessibility, the updated Athlete365 PMC IF Directory is now live, offering easy access to federation-specific rules and reporting channels.
Beyond these online resources, the Unit continues to provide NOCs and IFs with comprehensive support, including customised webinars, on-site briefings and tailored assistance – helping organisations run meaningful awareness activities with minimal added workload.
NOC capacity-building programme on site
Building on the success of the inaugural NOC Capacity-Building Programme held at Paris 2024, the OM Unit PMC will deliver the second edition – and first ever for the Winter Games – in February during Games time. The programme will take place as follows:
- Milan: 9 - 14 February
- Cortina: 16 - 18 February
Open to NOC SPOCs, delegation staff, Chefs de Mission, Secretaries General and Athletes’ Commission representatives, the sessions will look at the field of competition manipulation, with language-specific modules also offered. For registration and further information, NOCs can contact: omunitpmc@olympic.org.
As the Games draw nearer, we encourage all NOCs to read the latest guidance article on preventing competition manipulation in the lead-up to the event. We look forward to meeting you at Athlete365 House and working together to protect integrity at Milano Cortina 2026!
