Y-IMPACT is an innovative digital and offline initiative designed to empower young people with accessible, expert-led education on physical activity, health and mental well-being.
The project responds to pressing health and behavioural challenges among young people in Kazakhstan – including sedentary lifestyles, obesity, vaping and substance misuse – by bridging public health and education through sport. In partnership with schools and Olympic athletes, Y-IMPACT provides workshops, informational sessions and inclusive sporting events that cultivate healthier habits, promote the Olympic values and reduce inequalities.
By merging science, sport and community, Y-IMPACT seeks to transform the culture of health for young people across Kazakhstan.
