Project: GreenNwild
During her time as a Young Leader, Shiling founded GreenNwild, a social impact project dedicated to safeguarding and promoting Traditional Sports and Games (TSGs) as a form of living cultural heritage. The initiative engages young people through creative storytelling, digital technology and hands-on activities, blending sport with cultural education.
GreenNwild has produced multimedia content such as short films on dragon boat racing in China and breakdancing in the United States; hosted wushu camps for children; and built partnerships with global influencers to expand reach and awareness. In 2025, the project will launch a global open call for artists to illustrate traditional sports from their hometowns, further reinforcing the connection between sport, culture, and identity.
By integrating sustainable design, AI-driven storytelling and cultural exchange, GreenNwild has inspired thousands of young people to take pride in their heritage while highlighting sport as a tool for inclusion, creativity and connected communities.
