Marta Gorczyńska

Marta Gorczyńska, from Poland, is a former race walker turned visual storyteller. Passionate about athletics, travel and creativity, she now works at international sporting events as a photographer and videographer. By blending her love for sport and media, Marta hopes to inspire courage, amplify diverse voices, and create space for fellow creatives and dreamers.

Echoes Effect is a storytelling and mentorship initiative designed to empower women and youth in sports media. By providing training, mentorship and a safe creative space, the project equips participants with the tools to highlight athletes not only as competitors, but also as dreamers, fighters, and leaders.

Through collaborative workshops and real-world media projects, Echoes Effect challenges gender barriers, promotes inclusive storytelling, and sparks echoes of positive change across the sporting landscape.
