Project: Mind Totality

Mind Totality empowers, educates and inspires minority student-athletes to maintain good mental and physical well-being. By creating inclusive sporting environments and teaching mindset tools that build confidence and life skills, the project aims to normalise conversations around mental health in sport and society.

Based in Georgia, USA, the initiative combines weekly sports activities such as running, basketball and volleyball with mindfulness practices and peer support. It also uses digital platforms to raise awareness and reduce stigma. Looking ahead, the project will build toward hosting the Mindful Games in 2028, coinciding with the LA28 Olympic Games, featuring sports competitions, dance, discussions on mental health, and scholarships for students in need.
