IOC Young Leader Bio

Guadalupe Beltrán’s identity is deeply rooted in physical activity and education. Inspired by her family’s legacy in teaching, she works as a physical education teacher and gymnastics coach, striving to create positive impact in her community in Buenos Aires. An exchange experience in Denmark introduced her to grassroots sports diplomacy, further shaping her vision of using movement to empower youth and bridge divides.

Project: MotivAction (Ideation phase)

MotivAction enables young people from diverse institutions to connect, grow, and thrive through sport. Participants engage in inclusive games and workshops – often using self-built equipment – that strengthen interpersonal skills, encourage community integration, and promote environmental awareness.

The project also fosters intercultural exchange by uniting children from different social and economic backgrounds in Buenos Aires for a shared day of sport, creativity and dialogue around the Olympic values. Preparatory sessions in each institution help reduce stereotypes and social barriers, while the collective experience promotes cohesion, respect and purposeful action inspired by the Olympic spirit.
