For the sole and exclusive purpose of complying with the obligation to identify audiovisual media service providers responsible for the audiovisual content broadcast, as established in Article 42 of Spanish Law 13/2022 of July 7, General Law on Audiovisual Communication, the mandatory information listed in said article is provided below. This identification does not imply the assumption by Olympic Channel Services, S.L.U. of any obligation or liability other than that arising from its role as the editorially responsible entity for the audiovisual content hosted on this page.

Audiovisual Service Provider: Olympic Channel Services, S.L.U. (“OCS”) is responsible for the linear and on-demand audiovisual services currently known as “Olympic Channel”.

OCS is a company incorporated under Spanish laws, whose sole shareholder is Olympic Channel Services, S.A., a Swiss entity controlled by the Olympic Foundation.

Titular o prestador del servicio de comunicación audiovisual: Olympic Channel Services, S.L.U. (“OCS”) es la responsable de los servicios de comunicación audiovisual lineal y a petición actualmente denominados “Olympic Channel”.
