The IOC invites expressions of interest to provide hospitality solutions
Interested companies are invited to request further information from the IOC regarding the provision of hospitality solutions to support the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2024, 2026 and 2028.
Through this initiative, the IOC is exploring new solutions and may seek a service provider that will help to identify and deliver best-in-class and innovative hospitality solutions for the Olympic and Paralympic Games on a long-term basis, through specialist servicing, production, sales and distribution models that can be easily transferred from one edition of the Games to the next.
The initiative is in line with Olympic Agenda 2020 and the delivery reforms outlined by the IOC to identify measures that will, among other things, reduce the cost and complexity of Games delivery, and encourage flexible, innovative and sustainable solutions to meet the long-term development plans of the IOC and the cities hosting the Games.
All interested parties should download, complete, and return the Expression of Interest (“EOI”) form. Completed EOIs should be sent to ioc.hospitality@olympic.org by no later than 28 May 2020. Upon submission of a completed EOI, selected parties will then receive the full Request for Information (RFI) document on or around 29 May 2020.
