Inspiring confidence through “Step into Life”

Allianz’s global “Step into Life” campaign empowers people to embrace challenges that test their courage, whether standing at the top of a mountain ready to ski downhill or steadying a child learning to ride a bike for the first time. In Italy, Allianz is preparing a broad activation programme that brings this message to life through storytelling, community engagement and brand visibility. This includes Sognando Milano Cortina 2026 – Sulle spalle dei giganti, a multi-channel series featuring six local Allianz ambassadors and Italian sports legends: Sara Conti, Niccolò Macii, Nikolaj Memola (all figure skating), Giuseppe Romele (Paralympic cross-country skiing), Martina Valcepina (short track speed skating) and Martina Vozza (Paralympic skiing).

Employee engagement across Milan and Cortina

Allianz is engaging employees and guests through immersive Olympic and Paralympic experiences across the host regions. Employees can volunteer, participate in prize draws, purchase tickets to the Games and take part in well-being initiatives such as MoveNow, Allianz Time with Kids, the summer campus and Spazi Aperti family days. These initiatives create memorable experiences for employees and their families.

Supporting athletes through Team Allianz

Allianz supports athletes globally throughout their careers and beyond, offering training, mentoring and career development opportunities. At Milano Cortina 2026, Team Allianz athletes will benefit from dedicated physical and mental readiness tools and spaces to help them prepare and perform at their best.

Ensuring protection for the Games

As the Worldwide Insurance Partner, Allianz helps to ensure the smooth and secure delivery of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, protecting athletes, fans and organisers from start to finish. The company provides tailored solutions and services across multiple lines of business, helping safeguard every aspect of Games operations.

Creating social impact and legacy

Allianz promotes long-term positive impact through initiatives such as the Fondazione Allianz UMANA MENTE, which supports young people with disabilities by improving access to sport and family support programmes, and Well4All, which encourages active lifestyles and health awareness among employees. Allianz Italy will also be the presenting partner of the Milano Cortina 2026 Paralympic Torch Relay, further strengthening its commitment to inclusion and community engagement.
