IOC General Terms &
Conditions of Purchase
The document entitled “IOC General Terms & Conditions of Purchase (English, pdf)” defines standard terms and conditions that apply to all purchases of goods and/or services, as well as all purchase orders, by the IOC and its Affiliates (individually an “IOC Entity” and collectively “IOC Entities”), unless there is a more specific separate agreement for the IOC Entity making the purchase.
In such case, the terms of the separate written agreement shall take precedence over the GTC, unless the terms of the purchase order expressly state otherwise.
Please retain a copy of the GTC for your files, unless otherwise notified.
