The Olympic Movement is universal. The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is open to talking to potential hosts from any countries or territories with a National Olympic Committee, at any time, about interest in staging the Summer or Winter Olympic Games, or Youth Olympic Games. The IOC can advise the NOC and potential host city or region about how to develop their project and bring key stakeholders on board.
